BLACKFISH CHARITY RIDE 2020

POSTPONED UNTIL MARCH 2021 - Exact date TBC.

Join us for a fun filled day out riding through the south Bristol countryside, all in support of Renewable World.

We have lined up a scenic route starting out from our offices in central Bristol taking in the scenery around south Bristol with the obligatory cake stop! At present we aim to run the ride in line with British Cycling recommendations and split into smaller groups as required.

To donate to Renewable World (and let us know you are coming) follow this link - JustGiving. Online donations are preferred.

Starting at 4 Unity Street, Bristol BS1 5HH. We will head out over the Clifton Suspension Bridge and through Long Ashton, before riding towards Chew Valley Lake. From here we take in the rolling terrain and views along Blagdon Lake. Then comes the effort of the day with the climb up Burrington Combe. The good news is, it is all downhill from here! back down and around the other side of Chew Valley Lake, then heading across to Keynsham and cruising back into Bristol via the Bristol-Bath cycle path. The route can be seen in full here - https://www.strava.com/routes/28996033.
