Jon has more than 20 years’ experience developing products and systems across aerospace, marine and renewable energy. He is naturally drawn to the bigger picture, helping teams understand how individual design decisions affect the complete system and the people who will build, test and operate it.
His experience includes verification and validation, tidal turbine projects, marine operations and technical leadership at quayside facilities. Jon brings a calm, structured approach to complex challenges, with a strong focus on clear communication, safety and getting the job done properly.
