Tom is a Chartered Mechanical Design Engineer with more than 11 years’ experience across renewable energy, aerospace, rail and hybrid vehicles. He has worked throughout the product life cycle, from capturing requirements and developing concepts to detailed design, manufacture, commissioning and testing.

Tom brings particular strength in hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems, design for manufacture and product validation. He is also comfortable leading projects and working closely with customers and suppliers. His approach is creative but structured, helping teams turn ambitious ideas into dependable, buildable solutions
