The 1 MW offshore vessel charging system was developed in collaboration with MJR Power & Automation. Key elements of the work included:

• Electrical sizing and pin arrangement inside the connector.

• Engagement method, procedure, and setup.

• Sealing design, clearing protocol, and cooling strategies.

• Rotational compensation system re-design to improve operational performance.

• Full electrical testing of the connector.

• Full stab system verification.

• Management of procurement and manufacturing.

• Assembly and testing of hardware.
